A dry-hire service means that we provide the professional bartending team and the equipment to set up and run your bar, while you are responsible for purchasing the alcohol and beverages for your guests.
Who purchases the alcohol?
The client is responsible for purchasing the alcohol and beverages. We provide a detailed shopping list for your convenience to ensure you have everything you need for your event.
What is included in the Signature Package?
Our Signature Bar Package includes up to 4 hours of professional bartending service, premium cups, straws and napkins, syrups, juices and mixers, garnishes, ice, ice coolers, bar setup and teardown, two custom signature drinks with professional signage, and a personalized alcohol shopping list. The package is a flat rate of $1,000. Alcohol is purchased separately by the client.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance for weddings and large corporate events. This allows us to secure our team and ensure a polished presentation for your celebration.
Is there a travel fee?
Travel fees may apply for events outside of our primary service area in Yukon, Oklahoma. We provide a detailed quote that includes travel and setup costs based on your specific location.
